The next Plenary Meeting of the EIDQ Association will be held in Istanbul on 18-20 October where it will be kindly hosted by Assistt, a Turk Telekom company.
The event will be held at the Marmara Taksim hotel located in the heart of Istanbul at Taksim Square.
It will commence on Monday 18 October with lunch at 12.30pm and conclude at 12 noon on Wednesday 20 October.

The developing market in Turkey is fascinating and the best place to hear about it is definitely in Istanbul where we will have an interesting variety of Turkish speakers.
Our focus will be on Return on Investment (ROI); how to sustain and increase profitability through cost management and new business models.
The industry is getting forever mobile so we will look at the significant influence of smartphones and the use of location based services and social media and study how the industry and EIDQ members in particular are reacting with their own innovative products.
The Universal Service Directive contains a significant reference to directory services and the European Commission has received many responses to the recent consultation exercise. What will be the outcome of this review and how will our industry be affected?
Privacy remains a key issue in many markets and an incognito service is one answer but what is the current situation across Europe and what more can be done? Is there really a Return on Investment (ROI) from pursuing the case for a complete database of all types of listings?
As always, one of the best reasons for being at an EIDQ Plenary is the networking with others who are experiencing the same issues and opportunities as you in our industry.
