Hamburg Regional Court dismisses EUR 9.3 million claim against 118000 AG

118000 AG today announced that it emerged victorious in two court cases brought before the Hamburg Regional Court by Deutsche Telekom AG (case nos. 315 O 25/10 and 315 O 26/10). In September 2009, the former monopolist took legal action against two subsidiaries of 118000 AG, claiming damages to the amount of EUR 9.3 million.
