The seat of the Association is in Thalwil, Switzerland. We are managed by an Executive Committee and a General Secretary appointed by the membership.
The Executive Committee, led by the Chairperson, Joel Jaakkola, meets and communicates on a regular basis to manage the administrative activities of the Association and implement policy and strategy in accordance with the members wishes and the Articles of the Association.
The General Secretary, David Stafford, administers and manages the daily activities and represents the Association throughout the directory information and related search services community. He is the first point of contact and his details can be found by clicking on "Contact" in the Main Menu.
Bi-annual Plenary Meetings are held when members hear about the progress of the working groups, hold debates and agree strategy on topical subjects of relevance to the Directory Information and Related Search Industry.
Working groups meet on a regular basis using an agreed mandate to achieve aims and produce deliverables for the membership.
